Found it heavily marked down at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shoplittlethreads.com\/\">Little Threads <\/a>in Roscoe Village. Vann said it&#8217;s an &#8220;explosion of color&#8221;. Yay, color! The dress and tights are both from eBay, babygap&#8217;s &#8220;Crazy Stripes&#8221; line from a few years back.
