It&#8217;s <em>No Added Sugar<\/em>, and if you know the brand, you know that this is the very popular &#8220;bustle&#8221; dress. It is so darling in person and varies in color\/cut according to the season. This was last summer&#8217;s version, and I found it during an EOS (end of season) sale online last year. These dresses run a full size small, so even at a 2, it doesn&#8217;t have a ton of room to grow. It probably won&#8217;t fit Charlie next summer, so we are going to enjoy it as much as possible!
